• The on-site planning questionnaire uses AI to recommend a package based on your answers.

• Drafting copy, headlines, and content you review before anything is published.
• Assisting our developers with code, debugging, and documentation.

2. Human Oversight

A person reviews every client-facing deliverable before it reaches you. AI assists our work — it never makes final decisions or ships your project on its own.

3. What AI Output Is Not

AI-generated content can contain errors and should not be relied on as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. We verify facts and refine everything before delivery, and we encourage you to review drafts with the same care.

4. Your Data and AI Tools

Inputs you provide — project descriptions, planning answers, emails — may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers under confidentiality terms. These providers do not use your data to train their public models.

Please don't submit sensitive information such as passwords, Social Security numbers, payment details, or health records through our forms or planning tools.

5. Opting Out of AI Processing

Prefer a fully human workflow? Just say so in your project request or email saxton@saxtonmedia.com — we'll process your project without AI tools at no extra cost.
