Accessibility Statement (Section 508)

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Saxton Media is committed to making saxtonmedia.com accessible to everyone, including users with disabilities. We aim to conform to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our Commitment

We believe the web should work for everyone. We design and build with accessibility in mind from the start, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time checklist.

2. Conformance Status

Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard referenced by Section 508. We regularly review the site against that standard and fix issues as we find them.

3. Accessibility Features

  • Semantic page structure with proper heading order and landmark regions.
  • Full keyboard operability, including menus, modals, sliders, and the cookie banner.
  • Visible focus indicators and descriptive alt text for meaningful images.
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG AA ratios; information is never conveyed by color alone.
  • Support for reduced-motion system settings, which disables all decorative animation.
  • Touch-friendly controls with comfortable tap targets and iOS safe-area-aware layouts.

4. Known Limitations

The demo websites showcased on our site are illustrative design samples and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. Some embedded or third-party content may also have limitations outside our control.

5. Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you encounter a barrier, email saxton@saxtonmedia.com with the page and a description of the issue. We aim to respond as quickly as possible and will provide the information you need in an alternative format in the meantime.

6. Contact

Accessibility questions or requests can be sent anytime to saxton@saxtonmedia.com.
